Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers fair use of Learn From India, for both signed-in and bring-your-own-key usage.

Signed-in generation (server key)

When you're signed in, question generation runs through our server's built-in AI key, shared across all users. To keep it available for everyone, each account is limited to a fair-use hourly quota of generation requests. If you hit the limit, wait for the next hour or switch to your own API key in the AI provider panel.

Bring-your-own-key usage

If you supply your own API key for a third-party provider, requests go straight from your browser to that provider. You're responsible for complying with that provider's own terms, rate limits, and any costs they charge — we have no visibility into or control over that usage.

Prohibited uses

• Scripted or automated bulk use designed to circumvent the fair-use quota
• Sharing or reselling access to an account or its generation quota
• Attempting to extract, scrape, or republish generated exam content at scale
• Any attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

AI-generated content

All mock exam and lesson questions are AI-generated practice material — not real exam questions and not guaranteed accurate. Use them for practice, not as a substitute for the official exam guide.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. See our Terms of Service for the full terms governing the Service.
