These terms govern your use of Learn From India (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Independent, unofficial tool

The Service is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. Certification names, exam blueprints, and cut scores referenced here are drawn from Anthropic's publicly published exam guides for study purposes only.

AI-generated content

Mock exam and lesson questions are generated by a large language model. They are practice material only — not real exam questions, and not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or representative of any actual certification exam. Use your judgment and cross-check anything important against the official exam guide.

Question bank and sharing

When you save and share a generated mock, you allow the Service to store, display, and reuse its questions in the community question bank. Shared links are unlisted rather than private: anyone with the link can open the first 20 questions, and an account is required to continue.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional and only needed if you want your exam history and lesson progress saved, and to use the Service's built-in AI key instead of your own. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service (see our Acceptable Use Policy).

Bring-your-own-key mode

If you supply your own API key for a third-party AI provider, that request goes directly from your browser to that provider — we never see or store that key. You are responsible for complying with that provider's own terms of service and for any costs they charge you.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content or exam outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
